This wikiHow teaches you how to view a list of all of the files you've downloaded from Google Chrome. Since file downloads aren't stored locally on mobile devices, you can only view your downloads on the Chrome desktop browser.

Steps

  1. Open the Google Chrome browser. It's the red, green, yellow, and blue circle icon.
  2. Click . It's in the top-right corner of the browser.
    • A shortcut to open the Downloads page is Ctrl+J (PC) or Shift+ Command+J (Mac).
  3. Click Downloads. This option is near the top-middle of the drop-down menu.
  4. Review your downloads. This page contains a list of all files downloaded between now and the last time you cleared your Chrome Downloads history.
    • You can click the X in the top-right corner of each download box to remove it from your downloads history.

Tips

  • The default folder for items downloaded from Chrome is called "Downloads".

Warnings

  • Items you download while browsing in Incognito will not show up in Chrome's downloads folder.
