Got a sweet that needs icing? A bundt cake maybe? Read this to learn how to make some Toaster Strudel Vanilla Glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 tbsp cream/half'n'half
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together until the mixture is thick but pourable.
  3. Add a few more drops of cream, if necessary, until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Refrigerate until it reaches a medium hard consistency.
  5. Finished.

Tips

  • Time spent in the refrigerator is not essential to the consistency of the product. However, the longer the amount of time the glaze spends in the refrigerator, the better the consistency of the glaze.
  • To see the consistency the glaze should be, you might want to buy a package from a store first. They are relatively inexpensive. Despite the fact that the glaze is made thicker by refrigerating it, to keep them cooler, stores generally sell them from inside their breakfast freezer areas/shelves.
  • Sometimes, some Toaster Strudel Vanilla glazes are colored. However, the majority of them are white. If you so desire, you may change the color by adding a few drops of food coloring before refrigerating to until it is the desired shade of color you want.
