- Tell your buds exactly how you are feeling about this girl. Ask yourself questions about that girl. In example: Would she think I look like a dork? Would she like for me to act like myself? Does she like guys with no glasses? Anything you'd like to ask yourself.
- When you're done, ask yourself questions about her; ask her friends what kind of guy she's looking for but make sure that they won't tell her because then it might spoil your chance with her. And what are her interests.
- After all of the research that you've done, you are ready to start, because you won't want to go out with a girl that you don't like anymore because of her personality or because you can't be yourself in front of her.
- Now tell the girl that you need to talk to her in private (so that if she rejects you, none of her friends would laugh and you won't be embarrassed) and tell her that you like her. If she says she likes you as a friend well, you'll be happy. And if she says no, no hard feelings. Let it go.

- Always brush your teeth before seeing her! If you plan on kissing her she'll like the taste of a clean mouth!
- Know the line between like and love. Don't rush in to telling a girl you love her.

- Make sure you have spent time knowing about her- her daily routine, her friends, her family, her interests, her favourite movies and songs and what she is looking for in a relationship. Understand her like you would want her to understand you. Then get her out for a walk and tell her you are interested in her. That you like her and want to see more of her. Do not expect stars to fall from the sky, the rumble of thunder or a stroke of lightning to give some signs. Let her take her time to take it all in. If she wants to think over it, then good. Proceed as normal. Do not expect her to tell you that she likes you too. Sometimes, it takes longer for this to happen. She could have something else on her mind like an upcoming exam, or her cat requiring stitches to be taken out or her house has just run out of milk. So life is not just about you, unfortunately.
