Have you ever disabled an extension (addon) in Google Chrome and not been able to figure out how to get it back? Chrome doesn't have an option menu item for extension settings in the current build, so you have to open it up manually. Keep reading for detailed instructions.

Steps

  1. Paste the following into the address bar of your Google Chrome Browser:
    • chrome://extensions/
  2. Press Enter.
  3. Drag this URL from the address bar down to your bookmarks bar, so you have link to it whenever you want to use it.
  4. Edit, enable, or disable the extension (add-on) of your choice.
  5. Close the tab when you are done.
