Cancel PlayStation Plus

PlayStation Plus is an exclusive gaming membership that offers video games, discounts, and access to the PlayStation cloud network for a low monthly fee. To cancel your PlayStation Plus subscription, you must disable the Auto Renewal option for PlayStation Plus using your gaming console or computer.

Steps

PlayStation 4

1. Power on your PS4 gaming console and select the user account subscribed to PlayStation Plus services.
2. Select “Settings” from the main menu, then select “PSN.”
3. Select “Account Information,” then select “Services List.”
4. Select “PlayStation Plus,” then highlight the PlayStation Plus “subscription” option.
5. Press the “X” button on your game controller to confirm that you want to “Cancel Automatic Renewal.” Your PlayStation Plus subscription will now be cancelled.

PlayStation 3

1. Power on your PS3 gaming console and select the user account subscribed to PlayStation Plus services.
2. Select “PSN,” then select “Account Management.”
3. Select “Transaction Management,” then select “Services List.”
4. Select the PlayStation Plus “subscription” option, then press the “X” button on your controller to confirm that you want to “Cancel Automatic Renewal.” Your PlayStation Plus subscription will now be cancelled.

PlayStation Vita / PlayStation TV

1. Power on your device and select “PlayStation Store.”
2. Select “Options,” then select “Services List.”
3. Select the PlayStation Plus “subscription” option, then select “Cancel Automatic Renewal.” Your PlayStation Plus subscription will now be cancelled.

PC and Mobile Devices

1. Navigate to the Sony Entertainment Network (SEN) website at https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/login.action and sign in to your SEN account.
2. Click on the “Account” tab, then click on “Wallet” in the left sidebar.
3. Click on “Edit” under Wallet Settings, and select “No” next to “Automatically Add Funds to Renew Subscriptions.”
4. Click on “Save.” The SEN site will display a message confirming that your PlayStation Plus account is now cancelled.

Warnings

• Try cancelling your PlayStation Plus subscription more than 24 hours before your subscription is due to renew. If you cancel the subscription less than 24 hours before the renewal date, you will most likely be charged for the next subscription period.
