Most people have lied about something at some point.  Most of the time these lies are small and insignificant, but sometimes you can tell a bigger lie which has some serious consequences.  Whether you started with a little fib which has spun out of control, or whether you told a whopper that you just can’t get out of, it can be a tricky thing to extricate yourself from the falsehood. Coming clean and trying to be a more honest person is a laudable impulse, but be prepared for what can be a rocky road to self-improvement.
