Our feet help us get around all day while being subjected to the dirt and grime of the outdoors. Not only that but they also carry and support your weight. For all these reasons, it's important to give your feet a break when you're at home and to pamper them. Read this article to find out how.

Steps

  1. Wash well with soap. Make sure that the PH-level is as neutral as possible.
  2. Dry well, but don't rub too hard. Make sure you dry between your toes as well.
  3. Cut and file nails. Nails should be cut as straight over as possible. File down the edgy corners if necessary.
  4. Put a good moisturizer. Do not use between toes.

Tips

  • You can use a foot brush to get off dead and dry skin.
  • Wriggling your toenails will make the blood flow quicker and will grow faster.

Warnings
