This wikiHow teaches you how to search your own Pinterest pins on an iPhone or iPad.

10 Second Summary

1. Open Pinterest.
2. Tap the profile icon.
3. Tap the magnifying glass.
4. Type your search keywords.
5. Tap Search.
6. Tap the filter icon.
7. Select Your Pins.

Steps

  1. Open Pinterest. Look for the round red icon with a white “P” inside. You’ll typically find it on your home screen.
  2. Tap the profile icon. It’s at the bottom-right corner of the screen. It looks like a silhouette of a person’s head and shoulders.
  3. Tap the magnifying glass. It’s at the top-right corner of the screen.
  4. Type your search keywords. This should be something that describes the pin you’re looking for.
    • For example, type “ice cream” if you’re looking for an ice cream-related pin.
  5. Tap Search on the keyboard. It's the blue button at the keyboard's bottom-right corner. Pins that match your results will now appear. You’ll notice, however, that the results also include pins shared by others.
  6. Tap the filter icon. It’s at the top right corner of the screen. Its icon looks like three vertical sliders.
  7. Select Your Pins. Pinterest will now filter the search results to show only pins you’ve posted.
