People can be fickle. That girl who thinks you are the greatest now, might find you a crushing bore in a matter of days. Maybe there's a girl that likes you enough to have a red hot date with you and you just need to keep the girl interested enough to get her to be your girlfriend? May you just want to keep the girl you have interested? What ever the reason, start reading at step one below to find out how to keep any girl interested.

Steps

  1. Believe that you belong on your date. This is key to keeping a girl interested. Have some confidence in your 'game'. Alternatively, don't consider relationships and dating a game at all. Many girls appreciate not being considered some type of prize or conquest in a game.
  2. Be a gentleman (for real); no matter what your motive behind the date, you must be genuine in the matter of manners and appropriate behaviour. Hold the door for her, tell her she's beautiful, and mean it, and have good posture. Do not get the wrong idea about this, however; being a gentleman does not mean you treat her as if she is perfect and flawless. Don't forget that many girls have been given the 'gentleman' treatment before; if you are going to follow this route, try to add your own twist to it and make it a bit more original - many girls will appreciate that you are your own person, and not just one of millions of others who all act in exactly the same way. It can be more about what you don't do that what you do that keeps a girl interested. Don't be late. Don't get drunk. Don't have a sloppy, scruffy appearance. Don't be a cheapskate. Don't rely on tricks, tips or the advice of others. Do your own thing.
  3. Act as if you've been there before. Even if she's a good looking girl, you have to hold firm. Don't think that she's too good for you. Don't strut because you're getting jealous looks from other guys. Act like you are used to being around the most beautiful girl in the room. Every girl you are with should think, you think, she is the ONLY girl in the room.
  4. Don't be a jerk; the cooler you are, the more intrigued she'll be. Remember girls don't all think the same things are cool. Learn what the girl you are with now appreciates, don't ever rely on what worked with some other girl.

  • Don't be overly attentive all the time. Flowers on one date is nice, flowers on every date can become meaningless.
  • Think about what has made you loose interest in girls in the past and attempt to avoid doing anything a girl has ever done that made you lose interest in her. For example, maybe you got bored with a girl who was always putting on a cool act and wasn't able to relax and be herself with you. Make sure you don't always have a being cool act and that you relax and are your self.

Warnings

  • Unless she is a total loser (gold digger, liar, etc.), never burn your bridges. That ugly duckling can definitely become a sexy chick.
  • If you are a total loser (playa, liar, totally selfish individual, bigot) girls will soon see through your act and lose interest.
