Steps
- Purchase a genuine, non-pirated CD of The Sims 3. Pirating is bad and illegal, too.
- Insert your USB stick into the USB slot on your computer. Make sure it is 6 GB or more.
- Insert your genuine, non-pirated CD of The Sims 3 on the computer. It can't have The Sims 3 preinstalled on it.
- A pop-up dialogue will start up installation of The Sims 3. Click Next.
- Select 'advanced settings' and when it asks you where you would like to install The Sims 3, select your USB stick in the menu. Click Next.
- Keep continuing the installation process until you are done. Do not run The Sims 3.
- Take the USB stick out.
- Now plug it into any computer and navigate to The Sims 3 .exe file to start playing.
