The slosh pipe is an absolute destroyer of weakness. You will build an incredible core using every muscle in your body at the same time. If you are looking for a time efficient and fun way to work out- for under $25, then you have found the right toy. Not intended for the weak of mind or body!

Steps

Slosh Pipe Assembly

  2. Assemble the slosh pipe. Put one end cap onto pipe- ensure a tight fit. Fill halfway with water (40 lbs +/- TOTAL WEIGHT should be the final weight of the slosh pipe).
  3. Put on other end cap- ensure a tight fit.
  4. Measure for center of pipe and mark with tape around pipe.
  5. Try to lift slosh pipe. Your goal is to maintain perfect stability Due to the nature of moving water this will NOT be an easy task

Slosh pipe exercises

  1. Hold slosh pipe steady across shoulders for crucifix style.
  2. Press slosh pipe into the air and hold over head.
  3. Do squats with slosh pipe.
