This article is a list of upper body exercises including the much coveted abdominals! Pushups will be called press-ups in this article.

Steps

  1. Push up is the best exercise to construct your upper body part.
  2. Chest press is the best exercise to build and maintain your chest.It gives shape and also harden it.
  3. Back: chin-ups, pull ups, dips, supermen
  4. Forearm: squeeze a rubber ball
  5. Fingers: punching bag
  6. Do piggyback. It will shape your shoulder and strengthen your hands.

Tips

  • Add resistance to build strength! Adding resistance can be done by doing exercises more slowly and focused, doing exercises on one side of body (i.e. one arm pushups, one legged squats), or wearing a backpack with weight in it from books, sand or whatever!
  • Drink a glass of water after every exercise.(Maintains the Fluidity).

Warnings

  • Don't Overload your body. This exercises occupies 15 mins. Maximum.It will make your chest bigger otherwise.
  • Do not exercise if pain occurs or if you are sick.
