Draw a Swan
Template:StubThis is the easiest way to draw a swan. Everyone can do it. Follow the diagram along with the step-by-step instructions and you'll be drawing swans in no time.
Steps
- Start at point one. Follow around to point 2 (next step).
- Continue drawing from point 2, as per the diagram, towards point 3. The hardest part is to stop drawing the helix at point 2 and to start drawing the tail section; you must change direction to do this.
- Draw down to point 3 from the tail. Surround the drawing you have already completed using an outside parallel line.
- Move upwards. At point 4, we change direction again. Draw up towards the head of the swan.
- Create a curve to point 5. Lift your pencil up - the body is done. Go back and draw the beak.
- The eye is optional. It does make a nice touch, however.
