A pedigree is a wrestling move most famous by the WWE superstar Triple H. This is an excellent way to win any fight.

Steps

  1. Kick your opponent in the stomach or some way make them into a hunched over position. The back should be at around a 70 degree angle.
  2. Put their head in between your legs and place your left hand on the middle of the opponents back to avoid any unbalances.
  3. Put their arms behind their back. This is the key part of the move.
  4. Put your arms under their arms and place your hands flat on their back and lock together.
  5. After doing this, push their head down so it goes in between your legs.
  6. Now here's the fun part. While pushing on their back, jump and land on your knees. When you do this, jump back onto your knees so you don't land on your opponents head.
  7. Congratulations! You have just pedigreed a person!

Tips

  • The easiest way to counter a pedigree is by a spear, tackle, or backdrop.
  • To avoid injury among yourself, when pushing on your opponents back and jumping on your knees, try to jump away from your opponent and let your hands free, making this face-buster tactic a complete success.

Warnings

  • When you are falling to your knees make sure you don't land on your opponent's head as this could cause serious injury.
  • Make sure the person is worn out first.
  • Do put pressure on your opponents neck when his head in between his legs. Otherwise, he will escape from your body lock.
  • You can modify a pedigree so instead of your opponent landing on their face, they land on their neck. Just be cautious about injury to the face or neck when performing this stunt.
  • Release your opponents arms in time for them to catch their fall. Don't actually drop them on their face.
