Steps

    • If you’re not already signed in, enter your login information, or tap Log in as (your name) to continue.
  2. Tap the new post button. It’s a plus (+) sign inside of a rounded rectangle.
    • You can only adjust the filter strength when making a new post.
  3. Select a photo and tap Next.
  4. Select a filter. Tap the filter you want to use at the bottom of the screen. You should now see a preview of your photo with the selected filter.
  5. Tap the half-filled sun icon. It’s at the top of the screen. A slider bar will appear below the photo.
  6. Move the slider to adjust the filter strength. Slide it to the left to decrease the strength of the filter, and to the right to increase it.
