Make this face pack to strip away dead skin cells and clean off gunk and dirt, leaving the skin soft, smooth, and bright.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup chickpea powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2/3 cup of milk
  • More milk or water if needed (if these are not available, use yogurt or curd).

Steps

  1. Fill a bowl with a little bit more than a cup of chickpea powder.
  2. Pour in 1 tbsp. of honey.
  3. Put in 1/4 of a tsp. of turmeric powder.
  4. Add in 2/3 of a cup of whole milk.
  5. Mix well. Make sure you get all of the powder stuck at the bottom out and mixed in. It is best to use a somewhat deep bowl so it does not spill. If this is too thick, put in more milk or put some water in.
  6. Use the bathroom or any other things you have to do. Then set a timer for 15 min.
  7. Cleanse your face with a cleanser which is less foam.
  8. Apply a medium thick layer of the pack onto your face and neck. Make sure to get your nostrils and under your eyes. Use the rest elsewhere on your body.
  9. Ask someone to start the timer for you. You can listen to some music while you wait!
  10. Jump into the shower and wash it off once dry. Rinse your face and wet the pack. This will cause it to soften. Scrub it with your hands until it's off and finish your shower.
  11. Put on some moisturizer and admire your skin!

Tips

  • Turmeric with milk cream and honey is a very good face pack. You might want to use this pack.
  • You can get some on the back of your neck and on your ears, but not in them.
  • You can also use plain yogurt, but the measurements might be different.

Warnings

  • Don't use turmeric powder too much to mix it into a paste as it leaves a yellow colored skin
  • Try testing them in hands first as some may be allergic to it
  • Try to use it as soon as possible after you make it.

Things You'll Need
