Knit With a Knitting Loom
Template:StubLoom knitting is fun, easy, and faster than knitting with needles! You can make scarves, hats, socks, and other things. Knitting looms come in many sizes, so pick a loom depending on how wide you want your knitting to be, not how long. You can knit two colors at once, if the yarn you use isn't too thick.

Steps
- Tie a slipknot.
- Slide the slipknot into your outside peg.
- Wrap the long end in a clock-wise circle on the peg to the right of the one on the side like in the picture.
- Wrap around each peg once going clock-wise around the loom.
- Wrap around each peg a second time, excluding the peg on the side. Wrap the yarn around the side peg a few times when you are done so the yarn doesn't unwind.
- Pull the bottom loop over the top loop and off the peg. Repeat with every peg except the outside peg. Remember to go clock-wise!
- Wrap the yarn around each peg again so there are two loops on each peg, and wrap the yarn around the side peg a few times. Then pull the bottom loop over the top loop on each peg again. Keep doing this over and over again until your project is as long as you want.
- Cast off when you want to finish your project. You should have one loop in each peg. Pull the loop off the first peg and put it on the peg to the left of it. Pull the bottom loop over the top loop. Take the loop on that peg and put it on the empty peg. Repeat with the next pegs until one loop remain. Cut the yarn, leaving about a four inch end, thread it through the last loop and pull it tight.
- If you turn it inside-out, it will have a striped pattern.
- Congratulations! You have just knitted on a knitting loom!

Tips
- You could use a loom hook. But this article shows you without a loom hook.
- After your knitted 3 rounds, you can slide off the slipknot and undo it.
- There are many cast on, but e-wrap is the most popular one.
Warnings
- Do not wrap pegs too tightly or the yarn can be hard to pull over the pegs.
