Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 14 oz cans of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3-2/3 cups flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Finely grated or shredded cheese

Steps

  1. Fill 2 cupcake pans with paper cups.
  2. Preheat oven to {{safesubst:#invoke:convert|convert}}.
  3. Put baking powder and flour in a bowl. Mix them together.
  4. Mix cream butter and sugar in a bowl using a mixer on medium.
  5. Turn off the mixer and add one egg at a time, mixing on slow in between each egg.
  6. When all eggs are done, switch to medium speed and mix the batter well.
  7. Slowly and carefully add the condensed milk. Mix on medium speed for about a minute.
  8. Put in all the dry ingredients. Make sure to mix well in between. Add them one at a time.
  9. Turn the speed to medium. Add the oil.
  10. Add vanilla. Mix well.
  11. Transfer batter to cupcake cups. Leave {{safesubst:#invoke:convert|convert}} at the top. The cupcakes will rise later on.
  12. Put grated or shredded cheese on the top (optional).
  13. Bake for 25 minutes. You may add more baking time if 25 minutes is not enough.
  14. The cupcakes are ready to eat!
