Toning your waist may sound hard but really all it takes is some exercise and a good diet! In no time you'll be wearing those skinny jeans you've always been waiting for!

Steps

  1. Drink plenty of water. Don't just go the kitchen and drink 5 cups of water because that won't work. You need to take time during the day, from morning to the time you sleep, to drink water at intervals. Don't drink any fizzy drinks or juices, just water. But if you're desperate for juice, make your own fresh orange juice with a blender.!
  2. If you're on your phone or iPod /iPad and you're sitting down, get up from your seat and walk around your house. Even this will help you burn more calories than sitting down will.
  3. Turn up to your favorite music and dance to it! Whenever you're bored, just dance to some songs. This will help burn the fat on your legs and butt, and reduce your waist size.
  4. Exercise is quite important. if you want that trim waist you need to exercise. You don't, however, need to pay $100 to go the gym, You can use your body to exercise and a good 15 minutes of cardio is an excellent start. If you have a back yard, exercise or jog there. If you don't have a backyard, jog around a park or a field. This will help you lose fat throughout your body. Target hip and thigh fat by reducing your calorie intake. For example, if you want to lose 4 lbs. in two weeks, you need to shed 1,000 calories a day. You might decide to burn 400 calories through exercise and reduce calorie consumption by 600 calories daily. Eating high volume foods that are low in calories will help you accomplish this. For example, foods high in fiber, like fruits, vegetables and whole-grain foods, leave you feeling satisfied without high amounts of calories. Other good food options for fat loss include low-fat dairy and lean protein.
