This Veggie Cheese Sandwich is real pick me up for a tired evening to boost your energy.

Ingredients

  • whole wheat bread or multigrain bread
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 onion cut in rings
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 4 jalapeños, cut into small pieces
  • 4 tsp sandwich spread

Steps

  1. Put a slice of bread on a plate
  2. Spread the sandwich spread evenly.
  3. Add the onions, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, jalapeños
  4. Top them with your cheese as much as you like
  5. Cover the topped slice with another slice of bread
  6. Grill it or use the sandwich maker.
  7. Take them when golden brown shade appears.
  8. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
  9. Finished.
