Make a Vegetable and Cheese Sandwich
This Veggie Cheese Sandwich is real pick me up for a tired evening to boost your energy.
Ingredients
- whole wheat bread or multigrain bread
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 onion cut in rings
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into pieces
- 4 jalapeños, cut into small pieces
- 4 tsp sandwich spread
Steps
- Put a slice of bread on a plate
- Spread the sandwich spread evenly.
- Add the onions, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, jalapeños
- Top them with your cheese as much as you like
- Cover the topped slice with another slice of bread
- Grill it or use the sandwich maker.
- Take them when golden brown shade appears.
- Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
