- Pick a day just for you!
- Run a warm bath or take a shower. Lay in the shower for as long as feels right. Add bubbles if wanted and just free your mind and relax.
- Put on some comfortable things like slacks/jogging bottoms.
- Put on a face mask while watching a movie of your choice.
- After rinse off face mask and moisturize skin.
- Read a book that you're really into while eating snacks.
- Put on that radio or CD and dance to those favorite tunes of yours.
- Take a nap to freshen up. Everyone needs there beauty sleep.
- Then rinse your face with warm water.
- Paint your nails a nice color or just a natural gloss coating.
- Before going to sleep add some moisturizer to your skin.
