Do you need to have a day all about you? Just relax and be pampered. Follow the steps.

Steps

  1. Pick a day just for you!
  2. Run a warm bath or take a shower. Lay in the shower for as long as feels right. Add bubbles if wanted and just free your mind and relax.
  3. Put on some comfortable things like slacks/jogging bottoms.
  4. Put on a face mask while watching a movie of your choice.
  5. After rinse off face mask and moisturize skin.
  6. Read a book that you're really into while eating snacks.
  7. Put on that radio or CD and dance to those favorite tunes of yours.
  8. Take a nap to freshen up. Everyone needs there beauty sleep.
  9. Then rinse your face with warm water.
  10. Paint your nails a nice color or just a natural gloss coating.
  11. Before going to sleep add some moisturizer to your skin.
