Log Out of Netflix on Wii

If you need to log out of your Netflix application on your Wii or Wii U for any reason, you can be logged out in just a few clicks. If you are afraid someone is using your account without permission, you can log out of all your connected devices at once from the Netflix website.

Steps

Logging Out on Wii

  1. Power on the Wii or return to the Home menu.
  2. Click the "Wii" button in the lower-left corner of the Home screen.
  3. Select "Data Management". 
  4. Select "Save Data" and then "Wii".
  5. Select "Netflix Channel" from the list of items. It will have a small "N" Netflix logo.
  6. Select "Erase" and then confirm the deletion.
  7. Return to the Home screen by repeatedly selecting "Back", or by pressing the Home button.
  8. Start the Netflix channel.
  9. Select "Member sign in".
  10. Log in with the account you want to use.[1]

Logging Out on All Devices

  1. Log in to the Netflix website on your computer. Sign in using your Netflix account.
  2. Click the "Sign out of all devices" link.
  3. Confirm that you want to sign out. All of your connected devices will be logged out, but it may take up to 8 hours for the log out to process on all of them.[2]

Logging Out on Wii U

  1. Open the Netflix app on your Wii U.
  2. Use the Gamepad and press ..
  3. Select "Sign out" or "Deactivate". The option you receive varies depending on how you logged in originally.
  4. Sign in with the account you want to use.
