Complete Club Penguin Secret Agent Missions

Do you fancy yourself the ultimate Club Penguin Secret Agent? If so, you'll want to complete the Secret Agent missions. These missions can vary from finding missing "puffles" to rescuing penguins from an avalanche. With a little work, you'll have them all done in no time! Note that it is important to complete the missions in order.

Steps

  1. To do the Missions, go to the Virtual Reality Room inside the Elite Penguin Force Command Room. Click on the computer screen that reads "PSA" missions" Then, choose which mission you want to do.

Mission 1: Case of the Missing Puffles

  1. Go to the Secret Agent HQ, select Mission, then select "Case of the Missing Puffles," which is Mission 1.
  2. Click on Aunt Arctic. She'll talk to you about her missing Puffles, and tell you that her green Puffle likes to goof around, and her purple Puffle likes to take pictures.
  3. Now go to the Ice Rink and pick up the photos in the hockey pitch. Bring them back to Aunt Arctic.
  4. Go to the Pet Shop and turn left as far as you can. You'll see a note on the front Puffle-Kennel. Click on it and there will be a code. If you can't work it out, go the CODE TOOLBAR at the bottom and work it out. If you can't, go to Tips to see some of it. If you do work it out, go to the Sport Shop, and talk to G about special items; he'll ask you how many socks he owns (say the number the note in the Pet Shop said). If you get it right, he'll open his cupboard of special items, there will be a Rubber Ring Shooter and a Climbing Rope. Click the Rubber Ring Shooter and put it in your inventory.
  5. Go to the Ski Slope. There will be a penguin holding his telescope and looking worried; talk to him. He'll say some penguins on the iceberg look stranded. Go to the Iceberg, and talk to the penguins. They'll say how they got there. Click the Rubber Ring Shooter on to them, now you'll start a little mini game. At the bottom, there will be a Wind Pressure Scale; click to shoot a Rubber Ring. If it gets a penguin, they'll swim back.
  6. Click the green penguin at the side. He'll say that he saw two Puffles, a green one with a propeller hat and a purple one with a Camera, and they flew away.
  7. Go to the Ski Slope again. The penguin with the telescope will be crying by his broken telescope. Talk to him, and he'll say that his homemade telescope has broken. He'll ask if you can fix it.
  8. Click on your AGENT PHONE and press TOOLS. There will be a Comb, a Spanner and Scissors. Click the Spanner on to the telescope, and it'll fix it. Look through the telescope; you'll see the green Puffle. Go into the Sports Shop again and get the Climbing Rope. Go to the Tallest Mountain (look up). At the top, throw the rope up, and you'll find the Puffles! You'll have a talk with Aunt Arctic and she thanks you.

Mission 2: G's Secret Mission

  1. Go to secret agent HQ and start the mission.
  2. Talk to G. Tell him you're here for your mission, he'll give you the following riddle: "Look near a lively game; pointing to a path with a Rabbit in its name." He'll ask if you know the secret code. Enter the code "mogul". He'll ask if you want your Mission; say "Yes". He'll show you a SLED he wants you to test-ride down the mountain, so put it in your inventory.
  3. Go to the Ski Slope. Get the sled out of your inventory and click it onto the Test-Slope. Another mini-game will pop up, in which you're meant to dodge obstacles and snow-jump over logs. It doesn't matter if you crash, you're meant to. When you crash, you find yourself in the Wilderness of Club Penguin. Go right and you'll find a Survival Guide. Put it in your Inventory.
  4. Go through the Middle Pathway and pick up a SKI and put it in your inventory. Now go back, and go through the First pathway, and pick 3 O-BERRIES.
  5. Go to the Pathway straight ahead, and click on the Puffles. They get scared and run away, apart from the black one. Give the Black one an O-BERRY, and it'll become friends with you.
  6. Go back to where you started and move left. Then get a ROPE and attach it to the SKI to make a Fishing Rod.
  7. Get one of the O-BERRIES and put it on the Rod.
  8. Go back and you'll see a tree in the middle of the paths. Keep on shaking the tree until a PAN comes out; go as far left as you can. And go down the lane, go left as far as you can. Click the Fishing Rod onto the water, and you'll catch a fish!
  9. Go right a little bit and walk through the path. Click the bushes, and it'll open up a cave. Go inside and click any stone; go where the stone goes and put your log onto the pit.
  10. Get the Survival Guide and click it on the log, this will become tinder so you can start the fire. Use your O-BERRY on your Puffle. He'll make a fire. (Warning: give him the O-BERRY only when he's over the fire). Get your fish and put it on your fire. After it's cooked, click it to eat it. Now you're thirsty, so go to the water again, and use your PAN on it. Now you have WATER, so go back into your shelter and put the water onto the fire. It will boil. Click to drink.
  11. Wait for your Penguin to fall asleep. When he/her wakes up, your Puffle will be gone and your fire will be out. Go outside; you'll see a fellow agent (Jet Pack Guy) and he'll take you back to G. G will talk to you, saying if you want to try the sled again, come back.

Mission 3: Case of the Missing Coins

  1. Go to the green penguin (Rookie). He will appear right in front of you at the start of the mission. He tells you the coins have been stolen from the vault. Say, "Have you found anything unusual?" He will say no. Ask him if the door appeared to be tampered. He closes the door. Tell him to open it. He locked it.
  2. Go into the manager's office. This is just to the right of the door.
  3. Search around. When you find the couch, click under it. Get the paperclip and the computer disk.
  4. Put the computer disk in the computer and turn it on by pressing the power button.
  5. Wait for it to load, and click on My Files. Then click on Combination number. You can even play Ice Bricks if you want. It's like breakout. The combination number is different for everyone, but it will have something like north, south, east, and west.
  6. Go back to the door with the green penguin. Put the combination number in. The green penguin ask if you want to go inside. Say yes. You will then notice that the coins are on the ceiling.
  7. Listen for your spy phone. It will ring. Visit G at the HQ.
  8. Watch the video he points to. It shows the coins automatically rising to the ceiling. He tells you it is unusual. Say, "Do you have any suggestions?" He says, "Check the roof." Say, "Anything else?" He says the roof might be locked. He opens a drawer and tells you the keys in there.
  9. Use your code bar which is located on the bottom right hand of the screen to figure out the key. It is actually the first one, but just check anyway. Put it in your inventory.
  10. Go back to the office and use the key with the roof door. It will open.
  11. Go up and you will see a box labeled "Powa Box". Open it with the wrench on your spy phone.
  12. Look inside the power box and throw the paper clip at the mother board to fry it. Collect white fiber which lies near the power Box and put it into your inventory.
  13. Go down the stairs to tell the new agent then go visit G.
  14. G will ask you to do another mission. Say yes. He will tell you the power in the Nightclub went out when you shut down the electromagnet. He will ask you to turn the power back on by resetting the fuses.
  15. Talk to G and tell him you cannot see in the boiler room. He will tell you to go to your right and take the flashlight besides his books or go find the chart with the blinking light and grab the flashlight.
  16. Go to the town and talk to the crying penguin. Ask him what the matter is and he will tell you about the power failure in the Nightclub.
  17. Go into the Nightclub. It is too dark so use your flashlight or Night Vision Goggles. Go past the DJ Stand and go down the speaker to the right of it.
  18. This will lead to the Boiler Room. Now find the fuse box and click on it. It is a puzzle. Read the instructions if you need to. After resetting the fuses, the lights should come back on.
  19. Teleport to the HQ and talk to G. He will thank you.

Mission 4: Avalanche Rescue

  1. Talk to G and ask him where the Life Preserver is. Go into the Gadget Room on the left and find it. Place it in your inventory.
  2. Go to the Ski Lodge. On the right, you’ll find the Fishing Rod. Pick that up, too. Place all two items that you have picked up so far together so that they create one item.
  3. Head inside the Lighthouse. Beside the boat, you’ll find a rope. Put it together with the life preserver and fishing rod.
  4. Head to the Sport Shop. Pick up the brown belt from the statue.
  5. Go to the Ski Village and talk to the crying penguin beside the chair lift. He is crying because the lift is broken. Place the brown belt on the ski lift to fix it.
  6. Pick up the white hairs near where the brown penguin is cheering. Now go to the Lighthouse beacon.
  7. Use the wrench in your spy-phone tools to remove the telescope so that you can take it with you. Place it in your inventory.
  8. Go to the Sport Shop and go up to G’s room. Place the telescope that you just picked up onto G’s tripod.
  9. Write down the path that you have to take through the maze. Then head to the mountain and go to Penguin Run.
  10. Follow the path that you have written down on Ridge Run. When you get to the bottom, you’ll see a cliff.
  11. Use the life preserver launcher on the cliff.
  12. Click the preservers at the penguins to save them. Check Tips for a guide.
  13. Talk to G at the top of the mountain. Give him the fibers that you found at the Ski Village.

Mission 5: Secret of the Fur

  1. Talk to G. He’ll get you to help him with the fur being analyzed. Open your spy-phone and pull out your comb from the spy-phone tools. Comb the hair and it will go into the machine.
  2. Analyze the white fur. Talk to G and he will give you the white fur that we need to analyze. It won’t find a match, but it will find traces of substance on it.
  3. Go to the Pizza Parlor and speak to the Penguin cleaning up the mess. Ask him to borrow sauce for evidence, and also offer to help him deliver the pizza. Put the Sauce and Pizza in your Inventory.
  4. Go to the Ski Lodge and go out the back via the back door. Give the Penguin the pizza.
  5. Go to the Coffee Shop. Speak to the Penguin working there, and ask him for a hot chocolate after he tells you what happened. He will say the machine is broken, but you can fix it with the Spanner on your phone. Just place it on the hose that came out.
  6. Put the spanner away and pull the cup down to make a hot chocolate. Use the bottle of sauce that you got from the pizza parlor. Put the hot chocolate in your inventory.
  7. Go back to HQ. Use your spy phone and go into the gadget room on the far far left of the room. Get the AC 1000 Fan and place it in your inventory.
  8. Go to the lighthouse beacon. Use the fan to blow the petrol tank on the right over to you. Then put the fan away, and pull out your scissors on your phone tools and cut the string. Put the scissors back in your tools and put the petrol tank in your inventory.
  9. Go back to the gadget room and speak to G on the right. Put all the items into the machine and then pick up the goggles.
  10. Go to the beach. On the left, you’ll find a fishing net. Pick it up. Inside the lighthouse on the left on the boat, pick up the rope. Put them together and you have made a trap.
  11. Go into the Ski Lodge. You’ll find the penguin hiding in the couch. Pick up the candle inside the Ski Lodge, and go to where he was fishing. Place the trap on the tree branch.
  12. Place the candle on the trap, and a crab will be caught in it. The monster will run away leaving a small sample of fur. Put the crab and the fur in your inventory, then go see G.
  13. Talk to G. Give him the crab, then analyze the fur and a match will be found. The monster is a polar bear.
  14. Speak to G again. He will give you the medal and you can keep the pizza.

Mission 6: Questions for a Crab

  1. Teleport to the HQ and go to the Gadget Room.
  2. Talk to G.
  3. Follow the crab. The machine exploded and the crab escaped. Listen for his claws. The crab will lead you all the way to the wilderness.
  4. Find a Puffle. Remember Mission 2? You’ll find the Puffle in the same spot. But the O-Berries are located high up in a bag on a nearby tree. Cut the rope holding them up with your scissors.
  5. Feed the Puffle. Lead him to the door where the crab is, and put an O-Berry in the pet door. Your Puffle will follow and open it.
  6. Go through the long conversation with the evil polar bear.
  7. Get the Puffle to do some things for you. There are three parts to the cage-lifter. Place a O-Berry on the middle part, then put it on the third part to turn the water on. Then put it on the first part, and you will be free.
  8. Grab the blueprints, the anchor, the rope and hot sauce before you leave.
  9. Put a few items together. Drag them onto each other in your inventory.
  10. Put hot sauce on an O-Berry on the snow blocking the door. The Puffle eats it and melts the snow.
  11. Go to the cliff that you fell from.
  12. Toss the anchor and rope up and you’ll be back at the ski mountain.
  13. Go to the ski village. You’ll find that bear in the fishing place trying to fix his machine. But he’s too hungry, and O-Berries won’t work. He needs pizza.
  14. Go to the Pizza Parlor. Get him seaweed pizza.
  15. Give the bear the Pizza.
  16. While he’s distracted, turn the lever to the other direction.
  17. Watch him sink. He’ll get back up and give you a nasty phone call.
  18. Receive your medal and gift.

Mission 7: Clockwork Repairs

  1. Talk to G. He will show you a video of the destruction of the clock.
  2. Go to the Snow Forts and talk to the construction worker. Tell him you would like to help.
  3. Go to the HQ, and grab the Life Preserver from the shelf.
  4. Go to the Dock. Talk to the Penguins, and ask them for the target. You'll have to hit the target 3 times to have them give you the target. Keep trying until you get it. As a replacement, give them that Life Preserver you grabbed at the HQ.
  5. Go to the Snow Forts. Click the clock, and put the target in the correct spot.
  6. Go to the HQ. Find where there are 3 lockers.
  7. Change the combination until it reads "KEY". It should unlock. Take the magnet.
  8. Go to the Iceberg. Use the Magnet on the floating spring.
  9. Go back to the HQ. Go through the giant metal doors and find the "Test Chamber".
  10. Place the spring on the conveyor belt and click the lever. Once inside, press the Fire button, press the lever again and take the spring.
  11. Go back to the Snow Forts. Click the Clock and put the Spring in the correct spot.
  12. Go to the Pizza Parlor. Grab the music notes next to the Piano.
  13. Go to the Stage. Play the notes on the Piano to make the yellow Puffle come out.
  14. Go to the Beach. Take the Green Bucket and put it in your inventory. Also talk to the yellow penguin sitting in the fancy snow chair.Take the bucket on the ground.
  15. Go to the snow forts and take a bucket of snow using the bucket.
  16. Go to the Town and talk to the green penguin (Rookie). Ask him for a picture of the gear.
  17. Go back to the Stage. Give the picture to the yellow Puffle, and then the bucket of snow.
  18. Go back to HQ and put the gear in the Test Chamber. Click the lever, and then click Snow. If you did this correctly, your gear will look like solid Ice.
  19. Take it back to the Snow Forts and add it to the clock.
  20. Go back to the Snow Forts. You will get a call from the Polar Bear, wonder what he has to say...
  21. G will arrive and will reward you.

Mission 8: Mysterious Tremors

  1. Click on G.
  2. Say you're ready for the mission.
  3. Go to the Dock when you're finished with the conversation. Herbert will drill out of the ice.
  4. Get the lamp that Klutzy leaves behind. Put it in your Inventory.
  5. Go back to HQ. Finish the conversation.
  6. Grab the propeller hat. Put it in your inventory.
  7. Go to the Coffee Shop. Click on the manager. Offer to clean up the cookies for him. When you have put them all in the pot, ask if you can have one. He will say yes. Take a cookie, put it in your inventory and go to the Town.
  8. Put the propeller hat on the green Puffle outside and then feed it the cookie. It will fly up to get the first piece of the map. Put the map in your inventory.
  9. Go to the Snow Forts. Click on the red flag's flagpole.
  10. Go to the Plaza. You will find the map in the newspaper that the green penguin is holding. Click on him and ask if you can have it. He will say that he's still reading it and that he wants a double meat pizza with extra grey fish.
  11. Go into the Pizza Parlor. Say to the chef that you want the double meat pizza with grey fish.
  12. Take the pizza and go back to the Plaza. Give the green penguin the pizza and he will hand you the newspaper. Take the piece of map out of the newspaper and put them in your Inventory. Put the two pieces of map together.
  13. Go to the Sport Shop. Take the tent pegs and put them in your inventory.
  14. Go to the Gadget Room. Click on the tank filled with helium when you find it. Ask G if you can take it. He will say you should be super careful with it. When you find it, take the hammer that is on the wall.
  15. Go to the Beach. Take one of the fishing nets.
  16. Go in the Lighthouse. Ask the orange penguin if you can take some of his balloons. Take the box of balloons.
  17. Go to the Town. Fill one of the balloons with helium and attach it to the Gift Shop. It will float up in the air. Put the net under it and put the pegs at the corners, then hammer them down using the hammer.
  18. Go to the Dock.
  19. Go inside the hole.
  20. Open up the piece of directions through the tunnels. Close the sheet and go wherever it says to go at the first tunnel.
  21. Turn on the flashlight. Then continue forwards in what direction the map tells you to go.
  22. When you reach the drill Herbert made, take the wrench out of your Spy Phone and take the gear out of it. Put it in your Inventory and advance forward to the Boiler Room.
  23. Click on Herbert. Talk to him and then he will bang the boiler with his wrench. Your phone will ring. Fix the boiler by switching the pipes around so the two unconnected ends of the pipe are connected.
  24. When you have fixed the boiler, go back to HQ after your phone rings.
  25. Find G. Hand him the Clock Tower gear and talk to him.

Mission 9: Operation: Spy and Seek

  1. Click on G. Finish the conversation, then put the rubber duck, the three tracking devices and the kite blueprint into your inventory.
  2. Go to the Mine. Click on Rory (who is on the roof of the Mine Shack). Say that you want to help him. Then, click on the right wall of the Mine Shack and slide the pieces of wood to complete the puzzle.
  3. Click on Rory again when you have finished the puzzle. Offer to fix the mine cart for him. Use the wielding torch to fill in all the gaps in the metal.
  4. Put one of the tracking devices into the mine cart and send it off.
  5. Go to the Forest. Take the sticks off the ground and attach them to the blueprints and go to the Plaza. Click on the penguins there. Destructo will blow bubble gum on the penguins. Click on them to get the bubble gum off them and take it. Attach it to the rubber duck.
  6. Go to the Dock. Find the Hydro-Hopper boat. The boat-penguin will be there. Get the boat started by pulling the string really hard. Then, ask him to give you the pump. He will give it to you. Pump up the rubber duck with it.
  7. Go to the Ski Lodge. Click on the penguins playing Find Four. As they request, collect all the Find Four pieces around the Lodge and the Attic. While in the Lodge Attic, go around the room to find some string. Then go back down to the Ski Lodge and give the Find Four pieces to the penguins.
  8. Go to the Iceberg. Put a tracking device on the inflated rubber duck and send it into the ocean.
  9. Go to the Ski Hill. Put together the kite if you haven't already done it, and put a tracking device on it. Attach the kite and the tracking device to the pole at the Ski Hill.
  10. Go back to HQ. Take the binoculars from G.
  11. Go back to the Ski Lodge. Go to the back of the Ski Lodge, take the Binoculars out and spy on Herbert. Your Spy Phone will ring. After your message, go across the pond.
  12. Find your spy phone. Attach the Binoculars to the spy phone and hide it in one of the trees.
  13. Go back to HQ.
  14. Click on G. Watch through the monitor. Herbert will find the camera.

Mission 10: Waddle Squad

  1. At the HQ, click on G. After the transmission, take the Solar Panel 3000.
  2. Go to the Beach. Talk to Jet Pack Guy.
  3. Go to the Lighthouse. Take some cream soda and go back outside.
  4. Talk to Jet Pack Guy. Then give him the cream soda and do the puzzle. To see the solution, click on the Help bottle for instructions. When you finish, Jet Pack Guy will fly away.
  5. Go to the Gift Shop. Click on the manager. Take all the clothing items and the table and head outside to put them in place. Then go back inside.
  6. Go to Rookie. Attach the solar panel and connect the wires using the pen.
  7. Go to the Dock and get some rope from the boatman.
  8. Go to the Nightclub. Put the rope on the cage trap operator and try to turn it on. It will not work. Then use your wrench to open it up. Put the cogs in the machine back in the correct place.
  9. When your spy phone rings go to the Dock. Herbert at the Dock will turn out to be a ruse which Klutzy is holding.
  10. When your spy phone rings again, go to the Nightclub. When Herbert is holding the Puffle, activate the trap. Herbert will throw the cage off him, but he accidentally uses the Puffle to smash the magnet through the wall. To make the magnet strong enough to hold Herbert, turn all the disco lights towards the solar panel. Herbert will become trapped. After, Rookie absent-mindedly lets Herbert use his spy phone for a phone call and Herbert teleports away leaving a packet of seeds behind.

Mission 11: The Veggie Villain

  1. Click on G. Finish the conversation.
  2. Go to the Gift Shop. Find Rookie. After talking to him, take the corn seeds from where the second chair is supposed to be.
  3. Go to the Gift Shop Office. Talk to Jet Pack Guy.
  4. Go to the Ski Village. When your spy phone rings go to the Headquarters. After the transmission, go to the Ski Village.
  5. When Rookie finishes talking to you, click on the brown penguin.
  6. Go to the Lighthouse. Find a can of worms (next to the steering wheel and Buoy no. 7), a disc (under the piano) and some cleaner (on one of the speakers). Then use the cleaner on the disc.
  7. Go to the Gadget Room. Use the Test Chamber to put water in the worm can and freeze the water. Put the ice lens in your inventory.
  8. Go to the Beacon. Click on the workman. After talking to him, give him the ice lens, then take the glass lens from him.
  9. Go to the Ski Village. Give the glass lens to the brown penguin.
  10. Click on the DVD player.
  11. Open up the disk player and slot the DVD inside. Press the eject button, then press Play. 'Night of the Living Sled' will start to play. But the sound is still coming from the DVD player.
  12. Click the DVD player again and unscrew the box on the side using the wrench. Click on the box. For the puzzle, use the instructions if you need to.
  13. Go to the Mine Shack.
  14. Go into the field of corn.
  15. Head where the corn trail leads. Collect the piece of paper and go that way. Follow the pieces of paper and collect them.
  16. When you get to the 4th piece of paper, pick up the stick. Turn around and follow the prints 3 times. Then turn to your right. When you get to the watering can, go that way.
  17. Follow the corn.
  18. Follow the fertiliser.
  19. Follow the hot sauce.
  20. Follow the coffee beans.
  21. When you get to the river, put the stick over it and cross.
  22. Throw the pieces of corn (did you remember to get them?) into the fire on the right. A stepladder will come down. Climb it. You will be teleported back to HQ with the popcorn bomb.
  23. After the teleportation, go to the clothes cabinet. Click on the orange book and play the puzzle. When you finish, the secret doorway to the Command Room will be opened. Dot will teleport all the agents out to the Ski Village... just in time. Then the popcorn bomb explodes and the Ski Village gets engulfed with popcorn.
  24. Receive your awards from G.

Tips

  • You can get Stamps for the missions and rewards.
  • In each mission, you can get extra rewards such as letters and gifts. But you have to do certain things to get these rewards. Here are the items for some missions:
    • Mission 1: A letter from Aunt Arctic.
    • Mission 2: A letter from Gary the Gadget Guy.
    • Mission 3: A thank-you card from a penguin in the Nightclub.
    • Mission 4: A framed certificate.
    • Mission 5: A pizza box (with pizza inside).
    • Mission 6: A Magnet Blueprint.
    • Mission 7: An Honorary Blue Team member wall hanging.
    • Mission 8: A box that contains an Ice Clog.
    • Mission 9: A chocolate version of Find Four.
    • Mission 10: An Employee of the Month award.
    • Mission 11: A snow globe. Press the red button on the side of the snow globe. There will be some spy shades. Click them and say yes.
