Looking for a quick and easy smoothie? No problem! This banana smoothie is incredibly easy to make and tastes great.

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, or two small, chopped
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 tsp honey or sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon (optional, for zest and tang)
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes (optional, include for thickness)

Steps

  1. Put the chopped banana, milk, honey, sugar and ice (optional) into the blender.
  2. Blend it and pour into drinking glasses.
  3. Decorate with cinnamon, and enjoy.

Tips

  • Add 1 tsp of honey and 2-5 tsp of sugar. Add sugar to taste, if desired.
