So you may know how to make Sunny Side up fried eggs, but if you hate sunny side up, this article will help you make sunny side down eggs.

Steps

  1. Put 2 tbs vegetable oil or butter on the frying pan while the heat is on.
  2. After the oil or butter has been melted or what not, make sure it's all over the pan so it won't stick.
  3. Crack the egg(s) open and make sure you crack the eggs lower to the pan or else the yolks will break.
  4. Just as the whites are starting to turn white, turn the stove off and wait until the eggs are pure white and the yolk has a little bit of a skin over it.
  5. Flip the egg over with a spatula gently.
  6. After a minute or two, flip it over again gently.
  7. Make toast to sweep up the yolk if you like.

Tips

  • Be sure to turn the eggs gently or else the yolk(s) will break.
  • Also, make some bacon if you have it and you can cut up the eggs and mix the eggs and bacon and eat it. It's really tasty.
  • Cooking on a low heat will give you great results.
  • If you want to use butter that's fine, canola or vegetable oil is better for you, extra virgin olive oil is the best.

Warnings

  • Do not put the stove on high, put it in between medium and high for better results.
  • Don't leave the stove on for too long to wait for the whites to cook or else the yolk will get cooked and it will taste bad for those of you who hate cooked yolks.
